Store Information

Squishi Kitti is a one person shop. All clothing is now hand pressed, everything is carefully designed, packaged and sent by myself. Please allow up to 4 weeks for a shipment notification. If you need your item sooner, please contact me either via my contact form or directly - squishikitti@gmail.com

 

- EXCHANGES / RETURNS -

Squishi Kitti is run by just myself. Every item is has pressed and made by me. If you are unsure on any specifications regarding a product (for example, sizes of clothing), please don’t hesitate to contact me either via my contact page or on social media, such as Instagram. I am more than happy to help you find the correct size to avoid any need for returning or exchanging your item.

If there is a mistake with your order and need an exchange / refund, please contact me with photos and an explanation as to what the problem is. I’m always happy to help resolve any issues!

If you need to return or exchange an item, please send it to my PObox after first contacting me via email.  Please note that cost of postage is to be covered by the customer. Once I have recieved your item, I will then be able to process your return/exchange.

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact the delivery company for compensation.

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -

Your order is made and shipped from the U.K.. This means that most international orders will incur VAT and/or customs charges. Please bare this in mind when placing your order. If you fail to pay the charges once your shipment arrives in your country, it is then resent back to me. I will contact you and let you know this has happened, with a photo of your packaging. I am able to resend your item. You will need to pay for shipping again as this is not reimbursed to myself once your item comes back to the U.K.. I am not responsible for any unpaid VAT and/or custom charges. Failure to pay any charges does not mean you will be refunded your order as I have stated, clearly, on my website to expect charges. 

- GERMANY CUSTOMERS -

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

Squishi Kitti is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).

Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is  Activate by Reclay).

- COMMISSIONS -

I often get asked if I do commissions. I have small brackets of time where I open commissions. The best place to keep an eye on is my Instagram stories and posts. 

 

- COVID-19 -

There are still delays with the postage system, particularly with international orders. Please bare this in mind if your order is delayed getting to you. All international orders are sent via signed for, please please keep an eye on your tracking for further updates to where your item is.

All products are made to order. Covid and Brexit has also had an impact on product blanks, such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters and joggers. On occasion, products aren’t available and substitute brands are used. Quality is always the same. If there is any issue whatsoever with a getting your product in, I will contact you ASAP.
